Juris Doctorate

Jeffrey M. Gallup graduated from Creighton University School of Law, Omaha, Nebraska Juris Doctor; in May 2000. Additionally, in law school Mr. Gallup was involved in the following activities and groups: Member of Society of Intellectual Property Law; Member of Environmental Law Society and was a Moot Court Competition-Semi-finalist.

Undergraduate Work

Mr. Gallup graduated from the University of Utah, located in Salt Lake City, Utah, receiving his
Bachelor of Arts, History, in May 1997 and his Bachelor of Arts, Political Science, in May 1997. Mr. Gallup was honored on the Dean’s list while at the University of Utah.

Work Experience

Since receiving his juris doctorate in May, 2000, Mr. Gallup has been in private practice since August, 2001. Mr. Gallup’s practice areas include corporate and securities law, domestic law, criminal law and white-collar criminal law. Mr. Gallup has dealt represented clients on a number of public matters covered by local media. See United States v. Albasam, Belloso v. LDS Family Services and State v. Jones. Prior to private practice Mr. Gallup was employed with the Utah Division of Securities as a corporate finance examiner, the law firm of Ishola Utzinger and Perreta which handled primarily immigration work, Clarke Lansen Skall Investment Firm, Inc. a medium sized investment advisor, as assistant compliance counsel and Mr. Gallup interned for the Honorable Bruce S. Jenkins, Senior Judge for the Tenth Circuit Federal District Court. In addition, Mr. Gallup speaks, reads and writes Spanish fluently and represents several Hispanic clients.
